Built by discipline.
Defined by strength.

Strength, endurance, and mindset — trained under one roof. Heavy iron, sharp coaching, and programming that meets you where you are and refuses to leave you there.

No excuses• Just progress• Built different• Stronger every day•

The club

More than a gym.
A standard.

Apex Athletics was built on a simple belief: environment shapes effort. So we built a room with no mirrors for posing and no machines collecting dust — just calibrated iron, open floor, and coaches who watch every rep.

Our philosophy is old-school discipline delivered with modern sports science. You will be assessed, programmed, and held to the plan — whether it is your first week or your fifth year.

“Show up. Do the work. Repeat.”

Know your start

Check your BMI.

Enter your numbers for an instant estimate. BMI is a limited screening measure — it does not see muscle, bone, or where you carry weight, and it is not a diagnosis. Your assessment at the club measures far more.

Your result

— Awaiting numbers

Your BMI and category will appear here once you calculate.

BMI bands: underweight (below 18.5), healthy (18.5–24.9), overweight (25–29.9), obesity (30+). Athletic builds with high muscle mass often read high without excess body fat. Talk to a coach or clinician before acting on this number.
