Apex Athletics collects only what it needs to run the club: your contact details when you enquire, book a trial, or join, plus basic training records your coaches keep to program your sessions.

What we collect

Name, email, phone number when you share them through our forms; your stated goals and training history; and, once you train with us, attendance and programming notes.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, schedule sessions, run your membership, and — only if you subscribe — send the weekly training note. We never sell personal data and never share it except with the service providers strictly needed to operate the site and the club.

Your rights

Ask at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion by writing to train@apexathletics.club. Newsletter emails always carry an unsubscribe option.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months; member records for the duration of membership plus applicable record-keeping periods. Short, honest, and enforced.
